30 Days Wild 2018 – Day Sixteen

twt-30-days-wild_countdown_16Day 16: This Saturday we decided to head to Claremont Farm, Wirral to pick our own strawberries.

Last year the weather was gorgeous! A blissful summers day. Today however the weather was changeable but we spent a leisurely time walking the field and picking the juiciest of fruits.

Have you picked your own fruit? What is your favourite?

Thanks for reading, and stay wild!

  1. I’ve never been to a pick your own farm – it’s another one of those things I say I’ll do every year and never do. I do like to pick things whilst I’m out walking though – hawthorn leaves in early spring, bilberries, blackberries. Nibbling as I walk!

  2. When I was small there used to be a strawberry farm in Knutsford that we used to go to we loved it, that one closed down so I’m glad to see there is one still going. You could so be a lifestyle guru Christine, helping people to look at different things to do when not at work.
